Ambition Community Healthcare are one of the leading complex care providers based In Norfolk.
We have an exciting new role based In Norwich and the Surrounding areas.
**The Job Role: Children’s support worker-Nights ( Female only)**
We have 3 children's complex care packages based in and around Norwich.
**Shifts**:
**10-12 hour night shifts.**
**All of our rota's are two week rolling rotas and our contracts are client specific permanent contracts.**
**Responsibilities**:
- Personal care
- Medication management
- Management of a Tracheostomy
- Completion of daily recording paperwork
- Reporting safeguarding concerns
