Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a more specialised role?

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a **QC Operative** to join the team in **Brighouse**, working in conjunction with our customer, Nutmeg. You’ll be working **Monday to Friday**, covering a shift pattern of **08:00 - 17:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Conduct garment and accessories integrity checks as per customers supplied check list on the stated AQL
- Ensure all styles requiring checks are identified by the inbound team and samples are supplied for checking immediately on inbound to ensure fast put-a-way
- Update relevant reports with QC status for each style checked
- Re-check products post re-work when required, and ensure that 100% re-work is conducted in line with customer standards
- Liaise with the Admin department to ensure all paperwork is received and processed correctly
- Ensure that all health and safety practices are followed in line with organisation policy

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good attention to detail, with the ability to work on own initiative
- Strong computer literacy skills, including Office 365 and previous experience using WMS
- Be flexible in your approach Whilst this is a Monday to Friday, rotating day position, there may be a requirement to move onto night shift to cover absence
