We are looking for someone who is personable and who has the ability to adapt and accommodate change. They must be able to self motivate and work as part of a team.

You must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to write a complaint response letter to be signed at executive level. This will require a high level of literacy and numeracy and the ability to convey accurately the responses from clinicians to a complainant.

You will have well developed telephone skills and be able to extract and summarise the essence of a verbal complaint without preconceptions or judgement.

Previous experience in the NHS and/or complaints management would be helpful.
