We are now seeking an EAL Co-ordinator to join our founding staff team. As an EAL Co-ordinator you will complement the work of the teaching team, undertaking a specialist role to meet the specific needs of individual students and supporting the curriculum content and learning activities for our EAL students.

**What we need?**
- Educated to A-level standard with GCSEs (or equivalent) at C or better, in English and Maths
- Experience of working / supporting individuals (paid or voluntary) who have English as an additional language
- Basic experience of planning, either for lessons or for extra-curricular activities
