**About us**

We are a long established electrical contractor based in Alnwick, Northumberland. We work in both domestic and commerical fields - completing full new installs, down to minor repairs and maintenance.

Our small, but busy office currently has two full time staff members + 1 part time staff member and we are looking to expand the business.

Our work environment includes:

- Casual work attire

Duties to include:

- Arranging appointments with clients
- Create job tickets - allocate to diary - (Workever)
- Sales Ledger - producing client invoices
- Purchase Ledger - Hubdoc software - managing supplier accounts
- Bank payments to suppliers
- Filing / Typing
- Wages - collating information from timesheets / processing weekly payroll

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-25 per week

**Salary**: £11.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alnwick: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Work Location: One location
