Accompanied Viewer

Here at Haus Sales & Lettings we are looking for a part-time Accompanied Viewer to join the expanding team at the Headingley branch. This position will cover both Residential Sales & Lettings.

A day in the life of an Accompanied Viewer:

- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating lets
- Taking offers
- Attending property surveys
- Supporting the administration team
- New business generation
- Preparing virtual viewings

It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £9,880.00-£11,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
