We are currently recruiting a Part Time Accompanied viewer / Property Inspector to work on a part time flexible basis at Reeds Rains in Crossgates.

Role involves:

- Sales and Lettings viewings
- Accompany the client around the property in line with Company guidelines.
- Promote the benefits of the property.
- Feedback to sales staff comments from potential purchasers and faults within the property
- Smoke alarm checks.
- Routine visits for renal properties
- Check ins for renal properties
You must be able to work Saturdays essential, with extra weekdays included according to business requirements
- Driving Licence and own car is essential
- Willingness to travel
