Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Secondary Classroom Cover Supervisor to join our successful supply teaching team and to work in local secondary schools across the North Yorkshire areas. Free, in depth training will be provided if you have no prior experience.

**About the role**:
As a Cover Supervisor you will be responsible for covering classes in a secondary schools within your local area. You will be tasked with leading lessons of approximately 30 pupils in the absence of the class teacher. The lesson will always be planned and it is your job to facilitate the classes learning, manage classroom behaviour, record accurate registers and provide a handover to the absent teacher. Successful Cover Supervisors are adaptable, flexible, motivated and organised, they have a passion for education and supporting young people.
