**OneMedicare** is looking for a **Primary Care Coordinator** to join our existing NHS Services team, to support the Senior Operations Manager in the delivery of high-quality and sustainable Primary Care services. As Primary Care Coordinator you will help to ensure the smooth running on a day-to-day basis for Senior Operations Manager and Head of Primary Care. You will also provide leadership to the non-Clinical team including Business Managers. This will include ensuring 1-2-1’s, return to works, induction training, on-boarding support, probationary reviews, annual appraisals have all been completed by Business Managers.

As Primary Care Coordinator you will also be supported by the Operations Manager, Senior Operations Manager and Head of Primary Care, including support centre functions such as HR and Resourcing.

**What you will be expected to do**
- Oversight of Business Manager’s clinical Rota ensuring there are mínimal to zero gaps in clinical cover. To keep locum bookings as well as the HR Information System up to date
- Overseeing Business Managers to maintain sickness records for all staff within the service and to raise any concerns about absence levels with the Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager
- To ensure new Locums have received and signed a locum pack, with a planned introduction to the service.
- To ensure Business Managers have all their employees and locums with the correct level of IT access to all systems including clinical and non-clinical systems
- Manage and maintain BAU support for Business Managers
- Ensure all Business Managers have 100% compliance on MAST training
- Ensure all Business Managers are CQC ready, them having a clear CQC action plan, which is regularly being worked on and improved
- Diary support for Senior Operations Manager and Head of Primary Care
- Ensure all Business Managers are CQRS compliant
- Ensure all Business Managers have a clear QoF annual plan, and are achieving
- Ensure all Business Manager have a good understanding of enhanced income, to increase revenue streams and opportunities.
- Booking of hotels, travel arrangements, as and when required by Senior Operations Manager and Head of Primary Care.

**What we're looking for**
- Extensive experience within Primary Care
- Have an understanding of Primary Care ways of working and external impacts on the service
- To be able to manage senior administrative tasks that arise, including admin related to the workforce
- Previous Team Leader/ supervisory experience
