Precia-Molen is one of the leading suppliers of industrial weighing equipment in the world. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a full-time **Compliance Assistant** based in Pitreavie Business Park, Dunfermline, to support the Quality Manager by ensuring that the organisation adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

**Our Opportunity**
- Performing routine risk assessments to help organisations understand compliance risk, scope and significance.
- Monitoring the organisation’s compliance with regulations and internal policies to ensure they are up to date with the relevant laws.
- Educating employees on compliance regulations and the impact of non-compliance on the organisation
- Recording their findings properly and following up with management to ensure the issues are rectified.
- Assisting in the gathering of information internally in response to requests by regulatory organisations
- Performing administrative tasks such as file creation and maintaining files of ongoing projects
- Collaborating with management from other departments to ensure compliance and investigating irregularities.
- Good knowledge of CPC and the requirements for operating a small fleet of three HGVs in a transport management capacity to include:

- o Vehicle checks and maintenance.
- o Tachograph usage.
- o Load Safety.
- o Driver hours.
- o Risk management.

**Required Skills/Qualifications**
- CPC would be advantageous but not essential.
- Good Microsoft Office Skills.
- Excellent communication skills are essential.

**About You**
- At least 1-year previous experience in a similar role.

**Salary: circa £28,000**

Benefits: Hybrid working arrangements, flexible bank holidays, company pension (auto enrol) and private healthcare scheme. (after 18 months)

Holiday entitlement 23 days rising to 25 days in year 2.
