What you’ll do:

- As Interviews Producer you’ll drive efforts to ensure contributors reflect the diverse views, values and experiences of people across Britain
- Liaise with production teams to identify topics for interviews and debate segments
- Research interview topics and guests, writing first class briefs for presenters and producers
- React to breaking news while the programme is on air
- Book guests and make sure all logistics are arranged to guarantee they make it on air
- Maintain an excellent contacts book and improve the Sky News database
- Contribute to editorial meetings suggesting guest ideas and topics

What you’ll bring:

- Experience of delivering guests
- A passion for domestic and international news, politics and current affairs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A journalism qualification
