An incredible opportunity for a Purchase Ledger to join a luxury retail brand. This role involves the processing of invoices, managing suppliers and general support to the Management Accountant. Good attention to detail in a fast-paced environment with strongcommunication skills. Please note this role is a 12 month FTC with opportunities to stay and grow within the company.

JOB ROLE: Purchase Ledger ~ Luxury retail

INDUSTRY: Luxury retail

SALARY: £30k - £35K

LOCATION: West End / 5 days in the office

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Timely and accurate processing of invoices received.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Organising invoice sign offs and generating payment runs.
- Building relationships with internal partners and external contacts.
- Answering ad-hoc reporting requests.
- Support of year-end audit process.
- Generally working with the accounts team to ensure all accounts-related activities are performed well and in a timely fashion.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Experience with Sage / Sage50
- At least one year of experience in an accounts team
- Ability to input invoices quickly and accurately into the accounting system
- Excellent communication and team working skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Confidence and drive, with a 'can do' attitude
- The ability to quickly grasp new tasks and responsibilities
- Basic/ excel skills an advantage
- Time Management / Planning / Implementation
- Flexible and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Computer literate
- Microsoft Office: Excel and Word.
