We are looking for motivated Support Workers to join our Supported Living Services team to support a young woman with learning disabilities within their home and the community. You will play an important part in an inspiring and rewarding role enabling her to live a fulfilling life.

By providing personal care and support, you will promote maximum independence, responsibility, self-confidence and social skills, whilst exploring positive opportunities for him to access community life.
