We are looking to recruit experienced SRSW for our homes in Lancashire. As a Senior Residential Support Worker/Team Leader/Lead practitioner you will support the Registered Manager and Deputy manager to ensure that good quality care is delivered to the children and young people in the home.

**Requirements**:

- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or Relevant)
- Minimum age requirement of 24 years of age.
- Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
- Experience in a Support Worker Role, Children’s settings would be an advantage
- Be able to work a 24 hour shift including sleeps
- DBS on Update System. (Desired)

**This role will include shift work, working 10 shifts per month 24 hour shifts 09:30-10:00. Advertised salary includes an average of 10 sleeps per month.**

**Salary**: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
