Part time Experienced Administrator required to cover 12 months maternity leave who can assist with the day-to-day running of the company whose responsibilities will include:
**Responsibilities**:

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies
- Office Management
- Purchasing for the company
- Dealing with both external suppliers and internal accounts department
- Raising invoices to customer
- General clerical duties - Keeping staff holiday records, recording hours and overtime on timesheets,
- Booking in new customer orders, filing, progress chase suppliers, scanning, filing and housekeeping

**Experience**:

- Excellent IT skills with familiarity of MS Office
- Experience of working in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
