We are looking to recruit a full time First Line User Support team member to join our IT Department in Lincoln.

**Position**:
The First Line User Support team member duties include:

- Distribution and set up of end user IT equipment at all offices.
- Ensure installation of software updates and device drivers on IT equipment.
- Perform troubleshooting on IT equipment to resolve faults/errors
- Provide first line user support (onsite and remote).
- Liaise with 3 party MSP to escalate system issues to resolution.
- Support and maintenance of VOIP telephony system, liaising with 3 party provider as required.
- Assist in ensuring security of the systems at all times, including ongoing user education.
- Basic troubleshooting of network comms equipment.
- Assist with ongoing updates and development of the firm’s intranet.
- Administer Windows user accounts. Ensure regular attendance at all offices.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills
- Access to a car and full driving licence
- Willingness and capacity to learn new skills
- Ability to work independently

**Experience**:

- Knowledge of the legal profession is preferred
