**Main Duties**:
To be responsible for the sales administration.

**The Role**:

- To receive and process orders and complete necessary administration
- To assist with the shipping process and provide export documentation
- To liaise with internal departments
- To update and maintain contact information customers
- To provide any ad hoc translation and/or interpretation from Italian for the Sales team
- Fluent in Italian to mother tongue standard**:

- Experience in administration and/or order processing is desirable
- Computer literate
- Excellent organisation and prioritising skills, attention to detail
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Based at a commutable distance from Kinross, Scotland
