**About the Finance Department & The Role**
The role will consist of administration work and will vary based in the needs of the department and business. A number of tasks within the role will therefore be ad-hoc although we expect part of the workload to be consistent as well.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Data entry on to our CRM (SimPRO) and Accounts software (Sage 50)
- Ad hoc finance related administration tasks
- Basic-level credit control - sending statements and initial chases for payment
**Required Skillset**
- Must be able to work constructively as part of a team
- Able to work well on your own and on your own set workload
- Good time management and organisation
- Passion, enthusiasm and focus for the job role
- A good eye for attention to detail
**Hours**: 16-24 hours per week to start with scope for increase. Days of work are flexible but would be between our office opening hours of Monday to Friday and the hours of 8AM and 5PM. This can be discussed during the interview process.
**Holidays**:Standard holiday allowance of 20 days + bank holidays would be pro rated based on hours of contract. We also provide employees with their birthday off if it falls on a working day, as well as additional leave for length-of-service.
**Location**:This would be an office based role.
**Salary**: £10.42 - £11.00 per hour depending on experience.
