**Purpose of the Position**:
The RFP Writer will be responsible for effectively promoting the products and services of Beeline through a variety of communication mediums. The RFP Writer will be responsible for all RFP/ RFx responses. Keys to success in the position include professional and outstanding communication skills; being deadline oriented; diplomacy; and time management, project management, and organizational skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with RFP Manager to review RFP documents, create the proposal outline and guide the template development process.
- Author, proofread and edit proposal content. Check drafts for consistency, clarity, appropriateness, and persuasiveness of the material.
- Ensure proposals are well written, accurate and compliant with all the requirements of the proposal request.
- Participate during planning sessions to fully understand business requirements and how to best position the proposal response
- Understand, summarize, and simplify complex and technical data - in written, verbal, and visual formats
- Integrate information from multiple sources, put it in its proper context and tailor it to a variety of audiences
- Partner with a variety of internal teams (Sr. RFP Manager in EMEA, North America RFP Team, Product Managers, Product Marketing, Solution Design, Sales Engineers, Sales, Legal, Security and other teams that produce client-facing communications) to provide communication support for strategic business initiatives
- Review & edit standard RFP content
- Identify procedures, tools, and other mechanisms to improve documentation and communications quality
- Contribute to product launch and collateral when needed
- Assist in developing materials for use by sales and business development for new products

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in technical and/or marketing communications and/or RFP response writing
- Keeps commitments, meets deadlines, and completes assignments within the allotted timeframe
- Refined writing skills, tactful verbal/interpersonal communication abilities, and strategic thinking capabilities
- Ability to understand technical concepts and clearly translate these concepts into a client usable format
- Vendor Management System, staffing industry, and/or SaaS knowledge preferred
- This position requires mínimal travel

- Not essential, but having German, Dutch or French language skills would add value.

**WORKING ENVIRONMENT**:

- Remote
- Travel required 5% (dependent on status of travel considering current pandemic)
