Our client is a sustainability focused investment manager currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join their team as an RFP Writer. In this role you will primarily be responsible for responding to Request For Proposal's (RFPs) across all sales channels, covering a wide range of products. Additionally, you will assist with client due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) and various data requests from existing clients.

You will work closely with senior investment professionals and firm executives to deliver clear and compelling proposal materials. Your ultimate objective will be to articulate our unique selling points and ensure a thorough understanding of our processes and risk management disciplines.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent time-management and coordination skills, as you will often work with international offices and strict client deadlines. You will also need to establish strong relationships with various teams within our organization, including investment teams and product specialists. Staying up-to-date with the latest developments within the firm is crucial.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Own and coordinate the production of high-quality RFPs/RFIs/DDQs to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with ad hoc queries from clients, consultants, and other departments.
- Be a team player by assisting with tasks assigned to the team.
- Develop effective working relationships with various business areas.
- Use and maintain the RFP content database as a primary source for answers and query management.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to write high-quality materials to deadline.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
- 1-3 years of previous experience in an RFP role or similar field.
- Familiarity with investment markets and an interest in sustainable/responsible investing.
- IMC or other industry qualifications are preferred, but not required.
- Competency in European languages is advantageous.
- Experience with content management software is a plus.
