Lettings Executive

**What are your main responsibilities?**
- Assisting our lettings team who work with Landlords and Tenants throughout the country
- Updating property adverts
- General lettings administration including uploading documents to the system
- Establishing an exceptional level of persuasive communication to engage and influence potential landlords
- Recommending and up-selling additional services
- Coordination with suppliers.
- Maintaining CRM system and records, including contact details of new and existing landlords
