To Supervise task orders issued as part of the service contract (Minor Works), to ensure a high-quality service provision to our customer, in line with Health and Safety standards, the contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). To oversee works from inception to completion and collation of all relevant account information for issuing to our Quantity Surveyor (QS) for issuing of final accounts.

**The Role**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Contract Delivery**: Support the team to meet & exceed the agreed annual targets, contractual Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements in the delivery of small works, and remedial works.
- **Planning**: and schedule the team’s workload in accordance with the client’s requests and coordination of internal and external resources for project completion.
- **Reporting**: Ensure all necessary electronic and paper records are completed by the team and control all additional costs for items such as overtime, travelling expenses, subsistence, and all other variable allowances.
- **Contract Opportunities**:Understand client’s specific needs and assist in the identification of additional services and opportunities within the existing customer base for added value. Provide quotes in line with this.
- **Subcontractors and Suppliers**:Monitor, liaise and control all work undertaken by specialist sub-contractors and suppliers. Ensure value for money is being secured from all specialist’s sub-contractors and suppliers.
- **Invoicing**: Ensure all chargeable works that are carried out are captured in measurable quantities and all relevant information is reviewed for quality and content, before issuing of account information to the QS.
- **Customer Service**:Deliver exceptional service standards to meet client expectations and ensureall operational difficulties are resolved with the supporting the management team.
- **Communication**:Communicate clearly and closely, share information and updates regularly to all team members, the client and end users to support the drive for service improvement across the contract.
- **QSHE**:Comply with a no-compromise approach to Health & Safety regulations and PPE and report any near misses or potential hazards. Complete routine inspections on the team (weekly).
- **Learning & Development**:Providing ongoing development activities to stretch the team and identify specific technical requirements as part of one to ones and PDR’s.
- Any other duties as required / requested by the Contract Manager.
- Please note that this is not an exhaustive list, and you may be required to assist the Business with other duties as appropriate.

**Hours of Work**
- Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm

**Qualifications and Experience Required**
- Appropriate Level 3 City and Guilds qualification
- SSSTS/SMSTS qualification.
- Asbestos Awareness.
- Strong understanding of the CDM regulations 2015.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience overseeing works from inception to completion.
- Experience pricing works and producing quotations and cost breakdowns.
- Experience managing a team of direct labour and subcontractors.
