**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to our Technical QA Manager, duties include:

- Coordinate end-user testing of Dolphin assistive technology. Gather requirements to help us ensure accessibility needs are met
- Prepare and maintain test plans and test cases to ensure interoperability between assistive technologies and mainstream technologies such as screen readers, magnifiers, and voice recognition software.
- Written reports that provide feedback on accessibility to developers and project teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve accessibility features in Dolphin products
- Assist with project management - helping to coordinate testing schedules, communicate test status with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of written accessibility test reports.
- Contribute to design meetings and provide input on accessibility and UX considerations. Reviewing design mock-ups and prototypes to identify potential accessibility and UX issues early in the development process.
- Continually updating own knowledge in the field of digital accessibility and the different accessibility guidelines and legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010, EN301549, and Section 508.

What experience do you need?
- Minimum 1 year experience in a testing or quality assurance role, ideally in a software environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft products and operating systems

**Desirable**
- Knowledge of assistive technology and accessibility testing
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
- Knowledge of Android, iOS and MacOS platforms
- Knowledge of web accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines
- Familiar with any scripting or programming languages
- Knowledge of test automation development
- Experience of accessibility testing
- Experience of usability testing
- ISTQB software testing certification is desirable.

Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
