Our Tours operation trades all year round - with additional Museum Events and Experiences operating throughout the summer months.

**REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Customer service experience gained in a sporting venue or any other business/establishment.
- Office or administrative experience.
- Ability to deal professionally with large groups of people in a sometimes-busy environment.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and direct customers politely and firmly to ensure that safety and security procedures and ground regulations are followed at all times.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Technical skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
- Strong prioritisation and organisation skills.
- Strong record-keeping skills; presentation skills, including welcoming visitors to the museum.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain working relationships with colleagues, MCC staff from all departments, and visitors to the Ground.
