**_Purchase Ledger - Aston - Part time _**

Part time Purchase Ledger Clerk required for an established organisation based in Aston. This is a rewarding position working for a fast-paced organisation. Initially this role will be for 3 months.

**Responsibilities**
- Matching invoices to purchase orders, daily
- Invoice documentation for the above is scanned correctly onto the accounts system
- Liaising with various departments to ensure POs are raised and approved in timely manner
- Checking of various invoices and raising purchase orders where required
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Account query resolution
- Setting up supplier accounts based on purchase ledger team procedures
- Allocating payments onto supplier accounts
- Processing of journals onto supplier accounts
- Assisting with reconciliation of credit card transactions, and posting of the corresponding journals
- Provide cover for posting daily bank statement transactions
