Our client, a well-established Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their busy team in the Isle of Wight.

**Working hours**:
As a Branch Manager, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday and every other Saturday

**The successful Branch Manager will be offered**:

- £29,000 basic
- £55,000 OTE
- 25 days holiday + bank holiday
- Paid birthday off

**To be considered for the Branch Manager role you must have the following**:

- An ability to build great relationships where customers really buy into you as a person
- Previous property sales experience
- Full UK driver’s license
- Highly motivated and driven
- Great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

**As a Branch Manager, your role will involve**:

- Providing that personal, professional estate agency expertise and advice
- Completing 1-1 meetings
- Setting KPIs for the team
- Motivate, inspire, and manage the team
- Successfully list a targeted number of properties, advising and helping our vendors sell their homes for the best price and with the best service and support possible
