We have a fantastic opportunity to join the Functional Skills Team and we are looking for individuals who can make a significant difference to the development, skills and achievements of our apprentices and adult learners.

We are on a journey to look at new ways to grow and develop our delivery by being more creative and versatile in our approach with a particular focus on moving towards the use of digital learning systems to support assessment and provide high quality resources for teaching and learning. **What we would require from you**:

- An inspiring and innovative approach to your ongoing teaching, including online delivery
- Ability to operationally support staff to deliver high quality teaching and learning
- Skills to review the progress of learners and the performance of staff
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and motivate staff and learners
- Well-developed moderation and assessment practices that implement quality assurance processes
- Flexibility to organise city wide partnerships for delivery focused on local need
- Produce and share high quality resources and CPD across curriculum teams
- Ensure consistently high standards are met for learner achievement and success
