**Job Description**:
We are searching for an experienced
**Purchase Ledger Clerk** for a fantastic organisation in their field with an enormous brand who are constantly being marketed publicly.
We are seeking someone who has a background in Purchase Ledger and the successful applicant will have the following responsibilities:

- Accurately process and code all purchase invoices into the accounting system- You will be tasked with ensuring all invoices are approved to the business agreed limits.- Reconcile client & supplier accounts and resolve "AP" queries- Liaise with other business departments to ensure all invoices are reconciled as quick as possible.- Monitoring payments and business expenditure ensuring business suppliers are paid within agreed time frames.- Work with the Head of Finance to develop processes and controls to ensure a high level of accuracy in qualitative information that supports effective functional operation and achievement of finance and business goal
