Temporary Payroll Administrator - £18 per hour / 4 Months

Join our client at their Canary Wharf location for an exciting opportunity. As a Payroll Administrator, you'll play a vital role in overseeing and managing the payroll function of their successful and fast-growing Facilities Management company. This dynamic position offers the chance to make the role your own while working in a fast-paced environment. With future progression opportunities and a hybrid office setup after the first month, this role promises both challenge and growth. The initial duration is 4 months, with the potential for a permanent position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for HR and Payroll queries
- Efficiently manage payroll processes
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Conduct Right to Work checks as required
- Maintain accurate payroll records and data
- Calculate wages, salaries, and overtime accurately
- Resolve queries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate closely with finance and management teams
- Administer HR policies effectively
- Coordinate with payroll providers to ensure seamless service delivery

**Requirements**:

- Strong Payroll and HR experience
- Confidence in handling queries and tasks independently
