**The Role**:
**Responsibilities of a Career Coach**:

- Provide information and advice to individuals via telephone and web based services.
- Build and sustain relationships with clients and offer employers a recruitment service.
- Support clients to achieve their education, training and employment goals.
- Update information on a bespoke CRM system.
- Ad hoc Administrative support when required

The ideal Career Coach will have the following skills and abilities:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Welsh speaking is essential.
- Confident communication skills - verbal/listening/written
- Strong IT literacy
- Willingness to be DBS checked (which will be processed once the role commences)
