TUI UK & Ireland is going through an immense level of change to back office systems and this role will be part of an exciting period of change for Finance as we deliver a vast number of process, procedural and control initiatives across the systems landscape.
- At TUI we believe that work is something you do not somewhere you go, therefore we are pleased to advise we can consider a hybrid working model for this role with the ideal aim to be in the Luton office once a week once fully inducted.

**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Provide front line support for all TUI users of the solution, managing the incident and problem management lifecycle and escalating issues to 2nd/3rd line support teams where necessary
- Work closely and partner technical support functions within UK IT, SAP Support and offshore support partners to ensure the solution is running at optimal performance and to the expectation of the user community
- Responsibility for daily inbound/outbound ReconNET interfaces focussing efforts on maintaining the integrity of data throughout its journey from Source to Target
- Day to day responsibility for following internal controls framework methodology to deliver a controlled and effective reconciliation solution to the UK business
- Utilising established KPI’s and control measures you will spot trends in reduced service quality and react accordingly to ensure the solution maintains its extremely high performing auto match potential
- Be pro-active, inquisitive and take responsibility for ensuring all incidents are resolved in the most efficient professional manner reducing risk of financial losses and miss statement to the business across the varied ReconNET solution landscape
- Control and Integrity is key within this role. Advocating and driving forward internal controls is imperative to ensure the solution is operating effectively and demonstrates a level of accuracy to satisfy the expectations of both internal and external audit functions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience within a Systems Administration role support a Finance systems landscape
- Experience of following systems controls focussing on integrity of data transfers, data manipulation and user access controls.
- Extensive Excel knowledge to a high level focussing on Macro creation/maintenance, Visual basic code and complex formula is desirable.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical approach and immaculate organisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
