**What you’ll do**:

- Provide quality customer service to ensure our colleagues and clients are able to utilise the amenities available to their full
- Collaborate with teams such as hospitality, housekeeping and reception to ensure the smooth operation of the facility
- Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed

**What you bring**:

- Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
- A keen eye for detail - nothing goes unnoticed
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships
- Energetic and capable of taking initiative and decisions when needed

Package Description
**FACILITIES ASSISTANT**
- **Monday - Friday (**Monday to Thursday**:9am until 4.30pm & 10:00am -1pm on a Friday (flexibility required and must be able to cover 8am until 8pm to cover holidays and sickness)
