**What you'll be doing...**
A fantastic opportunity has opened for a dynamic facilities professional to join our centre team at McArthurGlen York Designer Outlet.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the health and safety, maintenance, cleanliness and security for the entire centre.

Providing a pro-active, efficient and effective management of the centre, you will ensure that customer satisfaction is maximised and high standards for the centre are always set and maintained. We seek a true team player that can effectively work alongside core internal and external stakeholders.

**To be successful you’ll bring...**
- Ideally you have a technical qualification i.e. IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent
- You have knowledge of local legislation and facilities in a commercial environment
- You have project management experience
- You have building standards knowledge
- You have excellent communication skills
- IT skills: Intermediate Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
