- **Equans is looking for a Caretaker to join our team in Sir John Thursby Community College BB10 2AT on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competative salary**

**Hours of work will be 8.00am until 16.00pm**:
**What will you deliver?**:

- To undertake responsibility for the provision of caretaking services at the school. In so doing ensuring these are provided to a consistently high and professional standard.
- To support the facilities management team in achieving the requirements of the project agreement and service obligations

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to monitor systems of work effectively
- Relevant trade, technical or vocational qualifications
- Experience of caretaking preferably in the schools sector
- Some experience of planned maintenance, building maintenance, site cleaning tasks
- Possess an understanding of health and safety principles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
