**The opportunity**

We are looking for a full-time **PowerPoint Specialist** to join our growing Creative Services team. Based in or near London, and reporting to the Global Creative Services Manager in Australia, you’ll be a motivated self-starter, working ina small and highly collaborative team. This is a hybrid position and full time attendance in the London office is not required.

**Key responsibilities**:

- As the primary point of contact in the UK for the Global Creative Services team you will be responsible for the creation, design, editing and formatting of professional documents and communication materials (reports, pitches and proposals, infographicsand diagrams), predominantly in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Introduce creative flair and visual appeal to pitch and proposal documents, as well as format large report-style documents at speed and with accuracy - all within Microsoft PowerPoint
- Develop and maintain a suite of Microsoft templates, creating and editing master slides and styles
- The ability to interpret complex information and diagrams, translating into visually compelling outputs including to create and edit diagrams and infographics in Adobe Illustrator
- Edit and retouch images and headshot photos in Adobe Photoshop
- Source appropriate imagery that is aligned with key messaging and brand
- Assist with building and maintaining the marketing and business development assets and precedent content across the business
- Effectively liaise with the Creative Services Manager to provide status updates on briefs or projects
- Responsibility for managing and executing design and formatting requirements for any Pollination sub-brands
- Proof all documentation for accuracy and consistency
- Production of marketing collateral for the global team from time-to-time, including internal communication content business cards, reports, social media posts
- Champion and support the global team to adhere to brand and style guidelines
- Provide training and guidance to various stakeholders on the use of Pollination’s templates and PowerPoint best practice

**Essential skills**
- Significant experience working in an in-house creative services environment, preferably with a professional/financial services background
- Advanced level of expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite, managing templates and documents, predominantly in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Proficient user of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Experience formatting and designing materials, ensuring consistency of style in both design and writing
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines, across multiple projects, and produce high quality work with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience working across multiple visual identities and sub-brands
- Effective communicator who champions the importance of professionally designed and formatted materials
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to operate in and drive an outstanding business support function.

Whilst maintaining good work-life harmony is important to us, we will require a certain amount of flexibility to work outside of office hours when necessary, to accommodate the demands of a global business spanning multiple time zones.
