This post is a part time, one day a week, permeant post that is responsible for providing clinical support and advice to the Emergency Preparedness, Resilience and Response Team (EPRR).
- To support and deliver agreed training for staff within the organisation eg. Major Incident Training, Loggist Training and CBRN Volunteer Training.
- To support the EPRR team in the development and maintenance of plans (including the Trust’s Incident Response Plan and Business Continuity Plan) engaging with clinical teams across the Trust.
- To create and deliver exercises across the organisation focusing on improving preparedness and learning across the organisation.
- To develop a close and effective partnerships with internal and external colleagues to form as part of an integrated team.
- To provide clinical advice and support to the EPRR team.
- Investigate incident report forms and provide suitable feedback and constructive learning for the organisation.
- Implement a learning culture based on lessons learnt within EPRR and the organisation.
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the EPRR Risk Register.
