**About the team**:
Working as administrative support for the buyer, you will contribute to the daily running of the buying and replenishment process for our stores.

**About the role**:

- Place and track purchase orders whilst maintaining suitable stock levels.
- Provide essential support to the buyer.
- Maintain the point of sale (POS) for a group of departments and product categories.
- Manage product information including getting items ready to go online.
- Liaising with stores to support with any queries.
- Review returns and liaise with suppliers.

**About you**:

- Self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Confident in using Excel and other Microsoft Office programmes.
- IT literate
- A desire to learn and ability to work as part of a team.
