Here at GXO we are recruiting for a **Warehouse Administrator **on a **full-time, permanent basis** to join **our AkzoNobel** site in **Goole**. You will be working **any 5 days out of 7,** on a rotating shift pattern, covering **06:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 22:00 and 22:00 - 06:00.**

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- You will be responsible for all administrative duties including stock allocation, dispatch, and transport
- Processing orders through sap and handling all admin duties related to goods in
- Completing driver debriefs and downloading tachograph data
- Reporting accidents, near misses and/or dangerous occurrences to a member of management

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Have excellent communication skills and be able to build and maintain strong working relationships.
- Have a flexible approach to working times and be able to multitask.
- Be IT literate (Advantageous: SAP, JDA, MS Office including Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Transport industry knowledge would be an advantage
