**Purpose of Job**:
The role holder will report to a Manager within the administration team and will be based in Isle of Man. There are currently two administration teams in the Isle of Man office who provide private client services including trust and company administration.

**Main Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Support the administration team as required under the supervision of the Manager
- Basic administration for private wealth structures, including trust and companies.
- Reviewing and verifying payment requests received from clients as well as preparing the necessary paperwork to process and record all payments.
- Reviewing and verifying all contributions to the structures and processing the necessary paperwork.
- Filing documentation.
- Reviewing post received,
- Drafting documentation using templates provided.
- Preparing account and investment maintenance documents
- Assisting the team with any projects
- Adhere to all procedures including Risk and associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation
- Adhere to the JTC core values and expected behaviours
- Any other duties as deemed necessary by management

**Essential Requirements**:

- Minimum A Level qualifications or equivalent
- Good analytical skills
- Team player and communicator
- Excellent level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Completer/finisher
- Ability to prioritise effectively
