Vexcolt UK have been designing and distributing Expansion & Control joint systems for the construction industry for over 35 years and pride ourselves on our Technical support and our design capabilities to find solutions for our customers requirements.

We currently have an opening for a Sales office administrator to join and support the Technical Sales team

As a Sales Office Administrator the responsibilities are:

- Receiving and processing of customers’ orders
- Handling incoming calls to assist with customer queries
- Maintain and update computerised records including the CRM
- Raising quotations
- Liaising with other intercompany departments to obtain information on incoming shipments etc
- Support Technical sales with any other administration that is required
- Cleaning, completing and packaging samples.
- Gathering prices and submitting them to clients for a set product range.

Previous experience in sales administration advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work as part of a team and to adhere to strict deadlines
- Courteous, personable and professional manner
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Able to take direction and follow instructions both verbal and written
- Experience with Technical drawings advantageous but not essential
- Proficiency with MS Office software

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
