**Job Title - Incubator Programme Officer**

**Contract - Permanent**

**Hours - 35 hours per week**

**Salary - c £30k depending on experience**

**Location - Coram Campus, London**

The Coram Innovation Incubator is a vehicle that provides local authorities and their partners with the means to generate, test and scale radical solutions to shared challenges facing the children’s social care sector. As an assistant project manager you will help organise and deliver the Incubator programme, support innovation projects and be part of a team that will improve the lives of vulnerable children. You must be a highly motivated individual, with a desire to make a difference.

Are you an entrepreneurial individual passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people? Coram, a pioneering children's charity, is seeking an Incubator Programme Officer to help us grow of the Coram Innovation Incubator.

You will play an important role in driving the success of the Coram Innovation Incubator. Your primary responsibility will be support the delivery of the various elements of the Coram Innovation Incubator, which support its members to build capacity to achieve change to the problems they face in supporting children and young people

Through helping deliver the Incubator's offer, you will enhance membership value and forge impactful collaborations that will improve outcomes in children's social care and bolster the Incubator's reputation. Requirements include experience in supporting project delivery, a track record of planning and delivering events, and good communication skills.
