**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join the British Museum’s thriving Collection Projects team and provide excellent office management and administrative support to support the delivery of collection move projects across the Bloomsbury estate and outstations. As well as providing an insight into project management and other Museum activity.

**Key areas of responsibility**:
In this role you will work closely with the Collection Projects team to manage and deliver administrative support for a programme of major collection moves. You will manage the collection moves projects office, including health and safety compliance and undertaking fire warden duties as appropriate. The role will also manage and monitor collection project budgets, including raising POs and ordering materials and equipment; schedule and minute meetings, manage internal communications and events; manage and schedule travel arrangements, including travel insurance, risk assessments and visas; and assist the Project Coordinator in acting as a liaison point for collection move projects.
