**Configuration Analyst**
**6 month contract with scope to extend**
**Excellent day rate Inside IR35**
**London or Milton Keynes or East Kilbride | Remote**
**Skills/responsibilities**
- Providing administrative support to the Senior Change Manager via maintenance of the configuration management database (CMDB), ensuring quality and integrity of data.
- Supporting the Senior Change Manager during Change Advisory Boards and other forums.
- Supporting Product Teams to plan and roll out software, designing and implementing changes to systems and services.
- Working closely with testing and Product Teams to ensure that the required data is prepared.
- Production of timely Change Management reporting and management information to feed into weekly forums or as required.
- Proactively focusing on continuous improvement of self and service, working with others to improve the user experience, simplify processes and improve efficiency of IT Services to enable the Government's diplomatic, development and consular work aroundthe world.
