The City of Lincoln Council have an exciting opportunity for a Floating Caretaker to join our team.

You will work as a mobile or multi-storey caretaker to make sure the Council's estate housing and environments are maintained to a high standard. This includes inspections of communal areas in multi-storey blocks and communal land for safety, cleanliness and to make sure lighting, water pumps, lifts and door entries are working.

You will be part of the wider Tenancy Services Team who are responsible for the management of 7,800 properties throughout Lincoln, we pride ourselves on providing quality housing for our tenants.

An ideal job for someone who likes to be mobile and drive or move around different sites carrying out a range of caretaking activities both inside and outside.

There are opportunities to be rostered for regular overtime and out of hours standby/call-out payments.
