This is an exciting new post created to join our brand new Community Rehabilitation Team in Buckinghamshire. The post holder will provide administrative support to a multi-skilled team who will deliver a recovery focussed community rehabilitation service for individuals with severe and enduring mental health (SMI).

Your focus will be to support the Community Rehabilitation Team with full administrative, clerical and secretarial duties.as requested and to offer a first point of contact for the Teams.

This also an exciting opportunity to be part of the development of a new service and the post holder will initially provide administrative support to the project team to facilitate the implementation of the new service.

You should be able to demonstrate your experience and skills in business administration, including excellent organizational skills, experience setting up complex events and meetings for a diverse range of stakeholders, proficient with using MS Office programs - Excel, TEAMS, Word and Outlook, data collection, collation, and reporting. You will have GCSE English and Maths (minimum Grade C or equivalent).

You will join our newly created, dedicated, friendly and supportive specialist Buckinghamshire Community Rehabilitation Team.

What we want from you
- Administration or secretarial experience in an NHS setting (Knowledge of NHS systems)
- Excellent MS Office skills/experience including (Excel, TEAMS, Word and Outlook)
- NVQ Level II in business administration or equivalent experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure/with interruptions and work to deadlines
- Attention to detail and Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to liaise with all professionals and levels in a confident and effective manner
- Ability to produce good quality correspondence and data reports
- Experience setting up complex events/meetings involving various stakeholders
