As the Workplace Technology & Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing

Key deliverables include:
On behalf of the Facilities Management
- EMEA (FM) and Corporate Real Estate (CRE)-Global department, the responsibility of the Workplace Technology & Project Co-Ordinator participates in the development & introduction of new technology in the workplace andenhancing existing technology, working collaboratively with other departments, such as Information Systems and Procurement, as well as other functions within CRE & FM.

As part of the wider CRE & FM team, the Workplace Technology & Project Co-Ordinator will research, implement, and manage all workplace technology introduced within the remit of the CRE & FM function.

This position is for a 9 months Fixed Term Contractor to be located in the UK, Netherlands or Ireland.

Specifically, you will:

- Support and participate in the delivery of a best-in-class dynamic work experience for employees and guests.
- Participate in the effective execution of Workplace Technologies and strategies; including participation in directing, coordinating, and consulting with relevant internal and external business partners to achieve the goals as defined in this strategy.
- Ability to serve as a technical coordinator to peers in driving and setting technical standards.
- Support with the need to continuously improve, enhance and adopt/build newer features/services/practices into the Workplace Portfolio of services, solutions, and technologies.
- Actively contribute and support to companywide strategies, in defining and implementing those along with contributing to the CRE & FM functions roadmap and portfolio of services in alignment to the wider organization.
- Produce and implement training methodologies for the technology environment with both physical and digital output including videos, signage, and text documentation.
- Collaborate with relevant business partners on preparing and submitting business cases for technology and internal investment projects including project plans and budget requirements defining the related actions and stakeholders involved.

What we are looking for...
- Experience of supporting change management principles, methodologies, and tools for implementing change programs within workplace technology.
- Experience in a similar Corporate Real Estate/Facilities Management position.
- Experience in supporting the development of readiness programs, training, or stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and can be flexible in their approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Able to work with rapidly changing requirements.
- Good technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills
