**Payroll & Benefits Administrator - London**
**Hybrid - 2 Days Per Week in office**

**The role**:
**What you'll be responsible for**:
- All UK monthly payroll data entry across multiple payrolls
- Ensuring relevant backup is checked and supplied to support payroll input
- Query management of the payroll and benefits inbox
- Working closely with the Senior Payroll & Benefits Advisor to ensure that payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner.
- Check sickness, maternity, paternity, adoption, and parental leave pay entitlement, in accordance with the company's terms and conditions, procedures, and statutory legislation.
- Administration of employee benefits through our benefit platforms
- Presenting our benefits in the weekly HR new joiner Induction
- In addition to the normal duties and responsibilities that this position entails, the Payroll and Benefits administrator will be expected to carry out other such duties as may reasonably be assigned from time to time.
- Required to keep up to date with current processes and changes in pension, taxation, and employment legislation and company updates
**Requirements**:
**Essential skills required for the role**:
- Basic knowledge/confidence in Google Sheets and Excel (Vlookups, formula, etc and how to troubleshoot if there are errors.)
- Flexible / can do attitude with the ability to think outside the box
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong numeracy skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Ability to meet strict deadlines
**Desirable skills**:
- Experience using the Workday HR System
- Previous payroll and benefit experience
