We are always on the lookout for skilled and reliable **Administrators** looking for temporary and/or permanent work.

Here at Reed, we have a network of 30,000 businesses - including FTSE100 listed companies - who recruit through us every year.

Our client network consists of a range of businesses within the West London and surrounding areas (W, TW, SW, UB and NW) who are always searching for friendly, reliable, and hard-working professionals to support on both short term and long-term temporaryassignments.

**Regular duties**:

- Filing and organising data, both paper and digital
- Greeting visitors and staff
- Diary management
- Scheduling meetings
- Booking rooms
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Updating databases
- Printing and photocopying
- Ordering stationery
- Maintaining office systems
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Liaising with staff in other departments
- Administration experience is of course essential - a minimum of 6 months experience within an administrator role is essential for our more junior positions
- A degree in a relevant field is desirable
- Excellent telephone manner
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well with others or on your own
- Be flexible and open to change
- Possess excellent verbal communication skills
- Able to use Microsoft Offcie office packages
