Repairs Coordinator

As a Bookings & Housing Repairs Coordinator you’ll play a vital role in providing first contact resolution to our clients & landlords; maintaining the highest standards of customer care at all times and ensuring our customers’ homes are safe, sound and in good repair.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

To provide excellent customer service, responding to all queries and managing inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner.

Coordinate bookings and appointments to ensure smooth progression of repairs. Ensure records are kept up to date and information to your line manager at weekly meetings.

Provide contract management support for repairs team including managing quotes and approving works orders. Focus on building strong relationships with repairs contractors.

As an organisation, we provide housing for homeless clients, so empathy is very important.

**ABOUT YOU**

Relevant experience of working in a housing discipline and dealing with responsive repairs or similar

Experience in busy customer service environment

Experience in dealing with all levels of customer in sometimes difficult circumstances.

IT literately and ability to use an array of various systems

A full driving licence is essential and to be a car owner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
