**The job at a glance**

Leading the People team, you will share your expertise with executives and line managers to develop and implement approaches that will continually evolve the development and operation of the Team to deliver on LBN’s business objectives. You will help Team members achieve their full potential, individually and as part of a team. Working within a lean organisation during a period of significant growth you will support the Team through continual change and develop and implement effective talent pipeline and succession management strategies.

**What you'll do**
- Work with management to understand LBN's business objectives; stimulate a development culture by providing team members with the opportunity to learn/train/develop the necessary skills to meet these objectives
- Support the business through the development, motivation and evolution of our Team
- Provide support to line managers with the development of effective performance management tools, people management skills and 1st line advice on people-related matters
- Develop, implement and monitor clear policies and approaches to aid the development and progression of our people
- Develop and implement improved reward strategies to support the growth of the business
- Provide reports and key metrics to support people related decisions
- Be responsible for all people related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, development and wellbeing; maintain all employee records and manage our online HR system

**What you'll bring**
- Good commercial acumen, you will recognise the People Team’s ability to impact the organisations key objectives and prioritise support accordingly
- Experience of best practice in HR policy, benefits & reward and people development
- A collaborative team player with experience in coaching and developing teams, and developing organisational culture
- An effective communicator with the ability to build and maintain employee engagement and development
